Scenario
When you receive a message that includes HTML content (such as a signature) on an iPhone, it is displayed in Plain Text format.
Reason
In most scenarios, if you receive a message in Plain Text format then there is an issue with iOS or your email settings.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Click on the notification at the top of the message to download the full message:
