You need to retrieve messages which have been archived by Exclaimer Mail Archiver – taking them from the archive store and into a mailbox or PST file.
To restore messages from the archive store, you must ensure that the restore to mailbox option is enabled and configured; for more information on how to do this, please see How to enable Restore To Mailbox and Message Forwarding.
Once this option is set, users will be able to restore messages, in bulk, to their mailbox. From there, the messages can be exported to a PST file using Microsoft Outlook options (if required).
