This article guides you through the steps to upgrade the Signature Manager Exchange Edition.
Downloading Signature Manager Exchange Edition
To obtain the latest release of the Exclaimer Signature Manager Exchange Edition, please see the EXCLAIMER PRODUCT LIFECYCLE page.
Installing Signature Manager Exchange Edition
To install the Signature Manager Exchange Edition:
- Run the Signature Manager Exchange Edition installation file Setup.exe on each Microsoft Exchange Server that has the Hub Transport role (Exchange 2007/2010) or Mailbox role (Exchange 2013) installed.
Note: During the upgrade (installation process), all the configuration settings will be intact. However, as a precaution, you can export your configuration settings.
Once the installation is complete, no further configuration is required and the product is operational.

The configuration files are located in the following folder and will not be removed as part of the uninstall process:

Exporting Configuration Settings
To export your existing configuration settings:
- Open the Exclaimer Console.
- Select the Exclaimer node.
- Open the Action menu.
- Select Export Configuration...
- Select a location and file name for the export then click Save.
