Downloading Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition
To obtain the latest release of the Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition, please see the EXCLAIMER PRODUCT LIFECYCLE page.
Installing Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition
To install the Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition:
- Run the Signature Manager Outlook Edition installation file Setup.exe on the computer where Signature Manager Outlook Edition is currently installed.
Note: During the upgrade (installation process), all the configuration settings will be intact - you won’t need to recreate any templates or enter any configuration settings into the new version.
However, as a precaution, you can export your configuration settings.
Once the installation is complete, no further configuration is required and the product is operational.
No reboot is required.
From Windows Server 2012 onwards, the configuration files are located in the following folder and will not be removed as part of the uninstall:
\ProgramData\Exclaimer Ltd\Signature Manager\Configs
Exporting Configuration Settings
To export your existing configuration settings:
- Open the Exclaimer Console.
- Select the Exclaimer node.
- Open the Action menu.
- Select Export Configuration...
- Select a location and file name for the export then click Save.
