Scenario
You are using the Exclaimer Mail Archiver and you've renamed the server where the product is installed.
But, you notice that the Mail Archiver's batch importer is no longer working as it is trying to connect to the older server name.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, you will need to remove the cached addressOverride RegKey in the Windows Registry.
To remove the cached addressOverride RegKey in the Windows Registry:

- Launch the RegEdit (Registry Editor).
- Browse to the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Exclaimer Ltd\Mail Archiver 1.0\ArchiveInformationService - Remove the cached addressOverride RegKey.
- Restart the console.
