Scenario
Using Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition, you wish to append a signature to new emails only.
Resolution
Appending a signature to email message replies and forwards means that email threads can become cluttered by repetitive signatures, thereby increasing the required screen and print space.
To append a signature to new emails only:
- In the Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition console, navigate to the required signature policy and access the Options tab.
- Uncheck the Set signatures as default for replies and forwards in Microsoft Outlook option:
