Scenario
You are liaising with Exclaimer Support for an On-Premise product and would like to view the content of your current ticket along with your response to the associated Support Engineer.
CAUTION! All On-Premise products are being discontinued. For more information, please see the Discontinued Questions and Answers.
Resolution
To view your Exclaimer On-Premise Support ticket:
- Browse to https://legacy.support.exclaimer.com/
- Click Sign in at the top-right of the web page.
The Sign in to Exclaimer Cloud window is displayed:
NOTE: The credentials of the Exclaimer Support portal are different from the Exclaimer Cloud portal.
- If you have previously signed up, enter the credentials to log in to the Exclaimer Support portal.
- If you haven't previously signed up, then you can either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, or
- If you are new to the Exclaimer Support portal and don't already have an account, then click Sign Up to create a new account. - Once you are signed in, you will be returned to the home page. Click the arrow against your name at the top-right of the page, then select My activities to view your tickets.
- You can also view other tickets you have access to with the Requests I'm CC'd on and Organisation requests options.
New to Exclaimer?
If you are new to the Exclaimer Support portal and want to sign up:
- Browse to https://legacy.support.exclaimer.com/
- Click Sign in at the top-right of the web page. The Sign in to Exclaimer Cloud window is displayed:
- Click Sign up at the bottom-left of the window. The Sign up to Exclaimer Cloud window is displayed:
- In Your full name, enter your full name you want to login as.
- In Your email, enter the email address you want to be associated with the Exclaimer sign in.
- Click Sign up. You will receive a Welcome email to verify your email address, then you can sign in.
NOTE: If you have problems signing in, please log a ticket with Support, and we'll be happy to look into it.
